Working at Hope and Healing Clinic offers you the chance to make a real impact while still prioritizing a healthy work-life balance.    Join Our Team!   Hope and Healing Clinic is seeking a Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) who is eager to support their new clinic located in Tumwater, WA.     The SUDP shall serve as the primary contact person with their assigned clinic patients. It is through the counsellor's ongoing individual contracts with his/her patients that the major objectives of treatment are attained. S/He shall provide assigned patients with necessary program information and scheduling referrals to internal and external resources, individual counselling, and guidance in developing their treatment plans and goals. The nature of this position is fast-paced in high-stress situations and conditions. The SUDP will report to the Clinical Lead/Supervisor.    The Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) Substance Use Disorder Professional should adhere to and value the philosophical priorities of the HARM Reduction Model, that Medication Assisted Treatment is the preferred method of addressing opioid addiction and that every patient deserves to be treated with respect, compassion and dignity.    Job Details Job Title: Substance Use Disorder Professional/SUDP Base Salary : $72,000. Location: Tumwater, Washington   Work model:  In-person/On-site Hours: M-F 8:30am - 5pm, rotate one week per month on Mobile Unit Travel Requirements: less than 10%   Reports to:  SUDP Manager Responsibilities:     Ensures implementation of all clinic policies and treatment procedures; recommend policy and procedure updates and changes as necessary    Provide individual counseling and case management services to assigned patients    Consistently maintain professional boundaries with patients and coworkers   Prompt, accurate completion of progress notations of all interactions with patients in assigned patient files   Professional preparation and prompt submission of: 1. Initial treatment plans   2. Ongoing treatment plans   3. Responses to positive urinalysis/breathalyzer results   4. Administrative detoxification notices   5. Letter of assistance and referral for assigned patients   6. Closing treatment summaries for discharged patients   7. Daily activity forms   8. Required state and agency recording forms
