Subscription Telephone Sales Executive Office-based: Basildon, Essex 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday 1:30 PM to 6:30 PM Are you someone who is looking for a new challenge whilst reducing your working week? If so, this may be the perfect role for you. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, who is a strong listener and great at identifying how they can improve our customers' experience. We are Newsquest Media, one of the UK’s leading publishers of local newspapers and magazines, and ensuring that our customers get the best from their Newspaper and Magazine subscriptions is key to this role. Working in a small team, you will be talking through subscription benefits, building rapport and creating opportunities to discuss other promotional opportunities. If you have experience in customer-based positions, are a great conversationalist and have an interest in Media we would love to hear from you.
