Position Summary The Associate Attorney will be responsible for all aspects of a case, including prosecuting workers' compensation subrogation claims and civil litigation. Essential Job Functions • Manages a full caseload of cases of varying degrees of complexity • Creates litigation plans. • Creates budget plans, if necessary. • Conducts discovery. • Travels to court and other appearances. • Tries cases while maintaining exceptional client interaction. • Composes motions, briefs, correspondence, and other legal documents. • Prepares cases for trial. • Communicates with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties to effectively represent clients. • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
