Within Agilent's   Cancer Diagnostics Division , we support   laboratories worldwide with diagnostic solutions that help clinicians make informed decisions for cancer patients. As part of this mission, we are looking for a motivated Student Worker to join our Global Product Management team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a global healthcare technology company while working alongside experienced product managers and contributing to projects that have a meaningful impact on patient care. About the Team You will become part of an international team of more than   30   Global Product Managers responsible for a broad portfolio of instruments, antibodies, software, and workflow solutions used in clinical anatomic pathology laboratories around the world. Our team   is responsible for   understanding market trends, evaluating business opportunities, supporting portfolio management decisions, and driving sustainable business growth. We work closely with colleagues across marketing, R&D,   regulatory affairs, medical affairs,   sales, manufacturing, and regional organizations worldwide. As a Student Worker, you will contribute to   real business   projects from day one while developing valuable analytical and professional skills in a global environment. Your Responsibilities Examples of tasks may include: • Analyzing market, customer, and sales data to generate business insights • Supporting the preparation of business reviews, presentations, and management reports • Supporting product managers with operational and administrative activities • Conducting market research and competitive   analysis • Building PowerPoint presentations to communicate findings and recommendations • Working with business intelligence tools • Organizing and   maintaining   product, market, and business information • Contributing to cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives The role will evolve based on business priorities as well as your interests, skills, and development goals. Qualifications We are looking for a student who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and collaborating in a global environment. Required Qualifications • Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Strategy, Life Sciences Management, Engineering Management, Health Economics, or a related field • Strong analytical skills and interest in data-driven decision-making • Proficiency   in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Availability to work   approximately   10 – 15 hours per week Preferred Qualifications • Experience   with   data visualization, or other business intelligence tools • Interest in healthcare, diagnostics, life sciences, or medical technology • Previous   experience from a student job, internship, or project work in a business environment Who You Are You are: • Curious and eager to learn • Structured and detail-oriented • Proactive and dependable • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team • Interested in understanding how global business decisions are made • Motivated to apply academic skills in a real-world business setting What We Offer At Agilent, you will gain valuable experience in a global organization while contributing to solutions that help improve cancer diagnostics and patient outcomes worldwide.
