Student Support Manager Location: Birmingham Pay: £120–£150 per day (depending on experience) Contract: Full-time, ongoing The Role: Balfor Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced Student Support Manager to lead on the pastoral development and welfare of students across KS3 and KS4. You will work closely with Heads of Year, SENCOs, and safeguarding leads to provide early intervention, manage behaviour strategies, and support students’ emotional, social, and academic needs. Your role will also include liaising with families, coordinating support plans, and helping students overcome barriers to learning.
