Job Purpose The Student Success Partner is a fixed-term strategic role established to accelerate the implementation of the Oxford International Student Success Framework across the Academic Partnerships Division. Working in partnership with colleges, the postholder will diagnose barriers to student success, challenge existing practice where necessary and support the design and implementation of evidence-informed interventions that improve continuation, retention, achievement and progression. Using organisational intelligence the Student Success Partner will work directly with college leadership teams to translate insight into action, embedding sustainable improvements in student engagement, academic support and student success. The role will act as a trusted but challenging improvement partner, building local capability whilst ensuring that organisational expectations for student success are consistently achieved.
