Key Responsibilities: Act as a positive brand ambassador. Create a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for students. Maintain consistent, high-quality service throughout the night. Keep students and the building safe, responding to emergencies and vulnerable situations. Handle overnight incidents, including noise complaints, lock-outs, fire alarms, flooding, and system failures. Work with security to protect residents and the property. Keep shared areas clean and tidy. Support other properties during major incidents when required. Build relationships with students and signpost them to appropriate support. Respond to individual student needs and escalate welfare concerns when necessary. Act on student feedback and resolve or escalate issues promptly. Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Complete required safety checks and respond appropriately to emergencies. Maintain a clean, well-maintained environment.
