The role involves developing and implementing recruitment strategies, making admissions decisions, managing recruitment events, maintaining relationships with educational partners, and supervising recruitment staff to meet enrollment goals. Highlights • Review application files and make admissions decisions and scholarship recommendations. • Prepare recruitment schedules and coordinate recruiting and yield events. • Manage alumni and volunteer programs supporting student recruitment. • Develop and deliver presentations promoting University opportunities to prospective students and partners. • Maintain relationships with high schools, community colleges, and media outlets. • Lead and evaluate recruitment efforts as Lead Counselor in assigned areas. • Supervise and train student assistants involved in recruitment activities. • Use Student Information Systems including PeopleSoft and CRM software for data management and reporting. • Salary range: $43,000.00 - $48,900.00 annually. • Requires a 4-year degree or equivalent specialized training plus three years of relevant experience; higher education experience and service leadership skills preferred.
