Join our team as a Student Nurse Extern and gain invaluable hands-on experience in an acute care setting! You’ll work directly under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, assisting with patient care and growing your clinical skills. This is the perfect opportunity for a nursing student who’s passionate about learning and eager to make a difference in patient care. What You'll Do: ✅ Assist licensed personnel in delivering top-notch patient care ✅ Apply what you’ve learned in your nursing program to real-world situations ✅ Learn from experienced Registered Nurses and gain valuable insights ✅ Be part of a compassionate, dynamic healthcare team Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 🔹 Nursing student currently enrolled in an accredited nursing program, pursuing an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing 🔹 Successfully completed the fundamentals of nursing course (lecture & clinical) with demonstrated competency in basic skills 🔹 Confirmation of enrollment in a nursing program as a full-time student required each semester 🔹 Must maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification 🔹 Maintain a 3.0 GPA or higher while enrolled in your nursing program 🔹 Complete all SNE competency training and education within 90 days of hire Minimum Requirements: 🔹 Enrollment in an accredited nursing program 🔹 Completion of fundamental nursing courses and demonstrated clinical competency 🔹 Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude 🔹 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced acute care environment If you're ready to step into a role where your growth is valued and your passion for nursing is nurtured, apply now!
