We are seeking a candidate for an innovative company in the automotive industry, based in Lippstadt, to start as soon as possible. Student Intern in Process Development & Quality (m/f/d). What awaits you • Support in the analysis, review, and further development of processes in the area of product safety / product compliance • Preparation, structuring, and quality assurance of process documentation and information • Maintaining and updating processes in relevant tools and ensuring consistent filing structures • Researching internal guidelines and regulatory requirements, including structured summaries for the subject matter team • Participation in reviews, coordination meetings, and audits, including preparation and follow-up of relevant documents • Maintaining status overviews and supporting internal communication, partly in English What you should bring • You are a registered student in a technical or engineering program (e.g., mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, quality management, or similar) • You work carefully, in an organized manner, and reliably, and have a keen eye for detail • You have an interest in processes, documentation, and quality and compliance-related topics • You communicate confidently in both German and English, both verbally and in writing • You are proficient in using standard MS Office applications • Ideally, you have some basic knowledge of quality or process management—this is a plus but not required What we offer you • Attractive compensation tailored to students' needs • Flexible work hours, perfectly compatible with your studies • Practical insights into process development, quality, and product safety in an industrial setting • Opportunity to contribute to real-world processes and improvement initiatives rather than purely theoretical tasks • Close collaboration with experienced colleagues and a structured onboarding process • Involvement in interdisciplinary and, in some cases, international projects in the field of Quality & Compliance
