The Student Experience Team Member role, based in Bristol, involves delivering excellent customer service within a busy student accommodation setting. This temporary position offers full-time (37.5 hours) or part-time (15 hours) contracts, paying £14 per hour. Working a rotating shift pattern of 7am-3pm or 2pm-10pm, five days out of seven including weekends, you will ensure a safe and welcoming environment for residents. Key responsibilities include handling enquiries, supporting community events, and resolving issues effectively. Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach are essential for this people-oriented role, with an immediate start and commitment required until September. Shift Pattern Full-time hour Rotating 2:00pm – 10:00pm / 7:00am – 3:00pm 5 days out of 7, including weekends on a rota basis Key Responsibilities As a Student Experience Advisor, you will play an important role in creating a safe, welcoming, and positive living environment for students.
