Do you want a student role where you can work with reporting, communication and management support in practice? As a Student Assistant in our Infrastructure Management Office, you will support the team that helps create structure, clarity and progress across our infrastructure management activities. What you need to succeed • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, strategy, finance, communications or a related field, with at least 2 years left of your studies • Comfortable working with PowerPoint, creating compelling storylines and adapting material to different stakeholder needs • Strong analytical skills and can turn complex information into structured insights • Curious about management processes, strategy, transformation and communication About the role and the team In our Infrastructure department, we build and deploy large infrastructure projects and operate our network and data centres. You will join the Infrastructure Management Office, a cross-functional team responsible for management support, project portfolio management and external funding. You will support the management group with coordination, reporting, presentation material and communication activities. The role gives you exposure to how a large infrastructure organisation works, while giving you room to develop your skills and take responsibility as you learn. What you’ll be working on • Plan annual wheel activities and coordinate input and deadlines across departments • Prepare agendas and presentation material for management meetings • Collect and structure data for leadership reporting • Drive and support communication activities • Support transformation, strategy and improvement activities or projects Who you are You enjoy working with both people and information. You are structured, curious and motivated by creating clarity from complex input. You like collaborating with different stakeholders and are comfortable following up to keep things moving. You do not need to know everything from day one. What matters is that you are eager to learn, take responsibility and are interested in how management processes, communication and reporting can support better decisions. The position requires around 15–20 hours per week, with flexibility around exams and other academic commitments. It is based in Copenhagen. Does this sound like you?
