Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Communication, Social Sciences, Public Administration, or a related field. • At least 3–4 years of experience in Student Affairs, Student Services, Campus Engagement, Student Development, or a related role, preferably in a higher education institution. • Experience advising student organizations, coordinating student programs, or leading campus engagement initiatives. • Strong program coordination, stakeholder management, facilitation, and event management skills. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities while providing student-centered service. • Sound judgment, professionalism, and the ability to handle sensitive student concerns with discretion. • Experience with student information systems, survey tools, or digital collaboration platforms is an advantage. • Training in student affairs, leadership development, mental health awareness, conflict resolution, or event risk management is an advantage. Responsibilities: • Coordinate and implement student engagement, leadership, wellness, and campus life programs that promote a vibrant student experience. • Advise and support the Student Council and recognized student organizations in planning, implementing, and evaluating activities and events. • Organize orientations, assemblies, leadership programs, workshops, surveys, and other student development initiatives. • Manage student affairs communications and coordinate with academic units, faculty, and external stakeholders to address student concerns. • Process and monitor compliance requirements for off-campus activities in accordance with institutional, CHED, and LGU guidelines. • Monitor student concerns and referrals, ensuring timely coordination, resolution, and follow-through. • Prepare reports, documentation, and program evaluations to support continuous improvement and compliance. • Recommend initiatives and process improvements that enhance student engagement, leadership development, and overall student services.
