Job Descriptions 1 Provide student progress report to parents regularly 2 Provide timely information to parents about any changes related to the study (e.g. teachers, schedule) 3 Invite parents and prepare, facilitate, participate, and organize events related to parents 4 Resolve problems, questions, and/or complaints from parents 5 Resell our courses and Reactivate students who have dropped out 6 Communicate regularly with other teachers and other departments Requirements 1 Minimum 1-year experience in sales, or direct selling B2C 2 Excellent interpersonal communication and promotion skills 3 Service mindset: treating each customer the way you want to be treated 4 Sales ability: delivering effective sales pitch & closing deals 5 Excellent service , can do attitude and ability to work as a team 6 A results-driven person 7 Willing to work in shift 8 Ability to work on weekends (the off-days will be between Mon. to Fri.) Sales or education industry experience is a plus
