Structural Steel Welder – Bridge Fabrication (AWS D1.5) Location:  Sinking Spring, PA Pay:   $22–$34/hour  (based on experience & certifications) Schedule: 5:00 AM start | 10-hour shifts |30 minute lunch Facility: 75,000 SF AISC Advanced Bridge Certified  fabrication shop (growing) Build America’s Bridges. JGM Fabricators & Constructors is an  AISC Advanced Bridge Certified Fabrication Shop expanding to support complex, high-profile bridge projects across the U.S. We are hiring  structural steel welders  who take pride in safety, quality, and precision—and want a career that supports long-term financial well-being. Our teams fabricate  Lift Bridges, Railroad Bridges, Trestle Bridges, Bus Terminals, Main Spans, and Approaches , all built to  AWS D1.5 Bridge Welding Code  standards.
