Description
Join a mission-driven team that’s making a real impact in the lives of boys ages 6–12. Our Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program (STRTP) provides structure, consistency, and guidance for youth overcoming emotional and behavioral challenges. We’re building a strong team that believes in discipline with compassion and leading by example. We’re looking for hands-on, reliable professionals who can provide steady guidance and structure for boys in a residential setting. You’ll work closely with a tight-knit team to mentor, motivate, and model positive behaviors—helping young residents build confidence, responsibility, and resilience. What We’re Looking For • Natural leadership and solid judgment under pressure. • Dependability—you do what you say you’ll do and show up ready to work. • A steady, grounded presence who can remain calm and confident when things get tough. • Experience or interest in coaching, mentoring, trades, youth work, or behavioral support. • Willingness to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends, or holidays). • A genuine desire to make a difference and be a positive role model.
