Our Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program (STRTP) provides structure, consistency, and guidance for youth overcoming emotional and behavioral challenges. We’re building a strong team that believes in discipline with compassion and leading by example. We’re looking for hands-on, reliable professionals who can provide steady guidance and structure for boys in a residential setting. You’ll work closely with a tight-knit team to mentor, motivate, and model positive behaviors—helping young residents build confidence, responsibility, and resilience. Key Responsibilities • Supervise and mentor boys ages 6–12 in a structured, active environment. • Set clear expectations, enforce boundaries, and maintain safety with calm authority. • Model responsibility, teamwork, and respect in every interaction. • Lead and participate in recreational activities, skill-building, and daily routines. • Work with therapists and supervisors to carry out individual care and treatment plans. • Maintain accurate records and reports of behavior, progress, and incidents. • Support your team—show up, communicate, and contribute to a positive work culture.
