Responsibilities: • Monitor, control, and suggest improvements to QA processes for different projects/products. • Organize and cooperate with QA specialists on different projects. • Set priorities, review tests, and coordinate QA activities. • Coordinate Automation and Performance testing activities. • Work closely with the development teams on delivering high-quality products. • Participate in product releases and identify testing efforts. • Hands-on involvement in product(s) testing in urgent cases. • QA competencies, skills management, and development. • Identify skills gaps and plan for training and education sessions. • Organize new members' onboarding. • Test risk management.
