Description
This role sits at the intersection of product, growth, and operations on a small, founder-led team at Tacto, where you'll design and ship product-led acquisition strategies that create durable, scalable growth for industrial procurement. You'll move quickly from hypothesis to prototype to scale, owning high-leverage growth loops end-to-end and helping shape company strategy while executing day-to-day.
What you'll do
• Identify and build the next compounding growth loop (e.g., supplier referrals, community effects, embedded workflows) end-to-end.
• Own organic acquisition through technical SEO and AI-search (GEO) infrastructure to convert procurement queries into pipeline.
• Concept and ship product-led wedges that drive user acquisition without proportional sales effort.
• Run rapid 0-to-1 cycles: whiteboard → prototype → validate → scale, and pivot decisively.
• Define strategy with founders ~20% of the time and execute independently ~80% of the time.
• Operate with extreme ownership, building roadmaps and finding solutions without waiting for permission.
• Contribute to a collaborative, ego-free culture that raises team performance.
• Be based in Munich and work in-office 4+ days per week.
What Tacto is looking for
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience (senior roles may require 5+ years) with demonstrated performance in demanding environments.
• Proven startup experience or equivalent complexity (VC-backed startup, founder, or high-growth company experience preferred).
• Track record of building something from zero to scale (product, growth loop, or company).
• Strong product-growth instincts: technical SEO, AI-search (GEO), product-led growth, and organic acquisition experience.
• High learning velocity and cultural fit with a European, founder-driven narrative.
• Ambition to found a company someday; someone Tacto would be excited to back as a founder.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Comfortable with autonomy, extreme ownership, and being an ego-free overachiever.
• Willingness to be based in Munich with competitive compensation and equity.
