As our Strategic Training & Quality Intern, you will be the backbone of the CS team. You’ll sit at the intersection of operational excellence and brand voice, ensuring our global Customer Service (CS) teams have the right tools, knowledge, and data to deliver a seamless Customer Experience. You won't just be updating documents; you’ll be helping us redefine how circular fashion feels for millions of users.
