Role Description
The Strategic Sales Executive is responsible for developing and executing high-impact sales strategies that drive growth, expand market presence and deepen customer relationships. This role involves identifying key growth opportunities, managing strategic accounts, owning executive stakeholder relationships, navigating contract negotiations, partnering with internal stakeholders and operating with TurnCare's broader business objectives in mind. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented leader with strong analytical, relationship-building, and strategic planning skills.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in medical device/medical technology.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and product management software (e.g., Jira, Aha!)
Demonstrated success in strategic sales planning and execution.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
Highly adaptable, collaborative, and driven to exceed expectations.
Experience using Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems preferred
Work Environment
Up to 75% travel, including overnight stays and occasional weekend commitments
Salary Range :
$160,000 - $180,000 annually
