Role Overview As the  Strategic Partnerships & Alliances Lead – Global , you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships worldwide, while being based in Europe. You will work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer to define and execute a global partnership strategy that strengthens our solutions suite, drives long-term growth, and supports our mission to simplify sustainability. This role will focus on building a diverse ecosystem of partners—including resellers, redistributors, white label collaborators, and high-value referral partners such as global banks and consultancies—serving a wide range of client types including corporates, asset managers, asset owners, banks, and advisory firms. You will also bring deep understanding of sustainability workflows, including supply chain transparency and human rights compliance. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Growth • Collaborate with the Chief Commercial Officer to define and deliver the global partnerships and alliances strategy. • Identify new partnership needs based on market trends, client demands, and strategic priorities. • Target, evaluate, and develop high-impact partnership opportunities across industries and geographies. Partnership Development & Execution • Build and manage relationships with: • Resellers & redistributors  to expand reach and market penetration. • White label partners  to enhance and diversify our solutions suite. • Referral partners , including global banks and consultancies, to drive qualified pipeline and strategic influence. • Execute partnership agreements and coordinate integration across product, commercial, and operational teams. • Ensure partnerships are structured for long-term business benefit and aligned with governance guidelines. Optimization & Transformation • Continuously evolve and optimize existing partnerships to maximize performance and strategic alignment. • Proactively identify and address underperforming relationships—transforming or retiring them to avoid leakage and inefficiency. • Support acquisition integration efforts, ensuring new entities are effectively aligned within the partnership ecosystem. Client & Market Alignment • Ensure partnerships are designed to serve key client segments: corporates, asset managers, asset owners, banks, and consultancies. • Leverage industry expertise in  supply chain ,  human rights workflows , and  sustainability compliance  to shape partnership value propositions. Performance & Financial Accountability • Achieve financial goals related to partnership-driven revenue, growth, and strategic outcomes. • Monitor and report on partnership performance, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership. Qualifications • 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, or business development, ideally within SaaS, sustainability, ESG, or enterprise technology. • Proven success in identifying, negotiating, and managing high-impact partnerships globally. • Experience working with resellers, redistributors, white label partners, and referral networks. • Strong understanding of partnership models across financial services, corporates, consultancies, and technology ecosystems. • Deep familiarity with sustainability workflows, supply chain transparency, and human rights compliance. • Commercial acumen with a track record of delivering financial results through strategic collaboration. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Ability to work across cultures and time zones in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
