Tasks Oversee operations across multiple business units, ensuring efficiency and smooth execution. Hire and onboard top-tier talent for MS Capital Group. Build and improve workflows, processes, and operational strategies for business growth. Manage key business initiatives, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and objectives are met. Act as a strategic partner to leadership, helping to drive decisions and business execution. Develop and manage investor relations – prepare reports, pitch decks, and financial insights. Optimize business efficiency by identifying areas for improvement in operations and cost management. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure business goals are met effectively. Requirements 3+ years of experience in business operations, project management, or strategic consulting. Strong ability to analyze and improve business processes. Experience in hiring, people management, and investor relations. Background in high-growth startups, investment firms, or consulting is preferred.
