The Strategy & Reporting team aims to: • Drive the Private Individuals strategic narrative • Support key strategic initiatives • Define, monitor and challenge progress on Objectives and Key Results • Set the standard for self-service and steering reporting for local and global clients As our Strategic Analyst, you’ll help deliver our strategy in practice through collaboration on key projects, from data to decisions. You will work in close cooperation with senior leaders and decision makers, gaining unique insights and experience. You will develop knowledge of a diverse range of topics across Tribes and Teams, which can help kick-start your banking career. Your role and responsibilities As a Strategic Analyst at the Strategy & Reporting Team you are mainly responsible for: • Strategy & execution: • Taking part in executing the strategic narrative of Private Individuals and strengthening key projects • Developing reports, providing data-driven insights to stakeholders to track delivery of strategic priorities and OKRs • Communication: • Acting as the SPOC for the Internal Communications team, to coordinate the communication related to the PI domain, • Creating and sharing insights with the PI colleagues directly, through internal communications tools, to build employee engagement and understanding of strategic priorities • Business management: • As a trusted partner for our Tribe Lead, you will provide insights, prepare stories and coordinate other colleagues & Teams to ensure the execution of the vision of the Tribe Lead How to succeed We hire smart people like you for your potential. What we are looking for: • Masters degree (specialization in the financial sector or communication is a plus) • 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably at a large bank or financial institution • Relevant education or hands-on experience in internal communication and business management is a strong plus • Strong analytical skills, ability to “connect the dots” and to communicate complex ideas in a simple way; • Ability to cooperate with many different teams & stakeholders and to execute the vision of senior leaders with limited support and relatively high independence • Excellent command of PowerPoint (including complex storytelling) and Excel. Ability to leverage GenAI tools in the workflow is a plus • Good work ethic, independence, accountability, integrity, discretion and ability to deal with sensitive topics • Strong communication in English Rewards and benefits We want to make sure that it’s possible for you to strike the right balance between your career and your private life.
