Role Overview
We’re looking for a highly consultative, dealer-facing sales professional to help grow adoption of our fraud prevention and dealer solutions across Canadian dealerships and dealer groups.
This role combines relationship management, solution selling, and product expertise. You’ll work directly with dealer principals, F&I leaders, and operational teams to introduce solutions, guide onboarding, and help customers maximize long-term product value.
The ideal candidate understands dealership operations, can confidently present and position technology solutions, and enjoys building trusted partnerships with clients in the field.
While product knowledge and solution expertise are critical, success in this role comes from strong client relationships, consultative selling, and helping dealers drive operational adoption and business outcomes.
What you'll do
Drive growth and adoption of Dealertrack’s fraud prevention and dealer-facing solutions
Build strong relationships with dealership stakeholders, including Dealer Principals, General Managers, F&I leaders, and operational teams
Lead product presentations, demos, and consultative discussions tailored to dealership workflows and business needs
Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on fraud prevention solutions
Identify opportunities to expand product usage, increase engagement, and support long-term retention
Partner with dealers during onboarding to ensure successful activation and adoption
Collaborate with product and operations teams to support client needs and feedback
Stay informed on evolving fraud, compliance, and automotive retail trends
Maintain account activity, pipeline visibility, and forecasting within CRM systems
What you'll need
Proven success in a client-facing sales, account management, or consultative solutions role
Experience working with automotive dealerships, dealer groups, F&I operations, or automotive retail technology
Strong ability to build credibility and relationships with dealership stakeholders
Experience presenting, demonstrating, or supporting technology/software solutions
Comfortable managing both growth opportunities and ongoing customer engagement
Strong business acumen and ability to understand dealership operational workflows
Ability to travel within territory for regular dealership visits
Experience in SaaS, automotive technology, FinTech, fraud prevention, or related industries is an asset
Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce is preferred
