We operate 60 stores, 3 eShops and an ecosystem of digital properties such as: public ticketing, public business and bookfriends.gr. As an  Accounting Specialist , you'll manage financial records, including invoices and inventory updates, ensure accurate account reconciliation, and support the store network. You'll also assist with financial projects and ad-hoc tasks. Responsibilities: Recording and managing purchase and expense invoices. Monitoring and updating inventory records. Reviewing and reconciling accounting entries. Providing daily communication, support, and oversight for the store network in Greece and Cyprus. Collaborating with the Finance team and supporting day-to-day departmental operations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field  Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel (XLS) Familiarity with SAP or another ERP system. Previous experience in cash handling or a store's central cash office will be considered an additional asset. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills in Greek and English. Team-oriented mindset, accountability, and strong collaboration skills.
