Let's grow together, become our STORE SUPERVISOR Bachelor's degree in business administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred). 3 years of experience in shops or bank branch management of People and Product & Services. Experience in Telecom or Bank branch management is an added advantage. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency of the Yas-owned Shop. Promote a customer-focused attitude and a culture of excellent customer service across the team, ensuring all members are well-versed in product knowledge. Timely prepare and present operational and financial reports. Execute plans to increase sales, enhance profitability to meet Yas-owned Shop targets. Stock management and inventory control of Yas products and services. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations to provide a safe environment for customers and staff. COMPETENCIES Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills.
