The purpose of this role is to effectively manage the on-site execution,
delivery, and successful opening of all assigned implementation projects. Reporting into an
Implementation manager with nationwide travel expected.
📅Here's the exciting bit… A day includes:
Managing merchandising teams and delivering on site activity for all assigned projects across Superdrug.
Daily communication to store/Implementation Manager /Project Support manager and key head office departments.
Review project progress and make decisions and implement plans to deliver best in class project delivery.
Ensure revenue cost reporting to the implementation manager is delivered in a timely manner. Review on site resource management needs in line with the project scope.
Deliver the commercial plan as per the project plan.

📝 What you’ll need:
You need to have some experience in retail merchandising / planogram compliance.
Educated to GCSE or above level would be valuable.
You will understand the core principles of effective planning and organizing skills.
Experience of being a good team player is essential.
Driving License and willingness to travel.
