Covalux is recruiting a Store Manager/Leader on a permanent contract for its Bastogne branch! Your mission • You are responsible for the sustainable development of your branch's results through customer and employee satisfaction, • A privileged partner of customers, you are their first point of contact, • You create an attractive sales area, promote actions and thus become the driving force behind your branch's influence, • You manage your employees by creating and maintaining a team spirit in compliance with the values of the Cofinpar group, • An outstanding administrator, you master the incoming and outgoing flow of goods, you check and receive orders, • You ensure the follow-up of purchase invoices, returns and warranties. Your profile • You have at least 5 years of successful experience in the automotive spare parts industry. • Comfortable interacting with clients, you have an innate ability to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. • You guide your team daily with the goal of helping them grow. • You enjoy motivating with enthusiasm and communicate easily. • You are familiar with the products and services we offer. • You demonstrate organization and rigor in managing your branch.
