About the job As a Store Associate at our Rotterdam store, you will be an essential part of our team, supporting daily store operations and ensuring our customers have a fantastic shopping experience. General responsibilities Represent the brand story as an ambassador, proudly sharing it with customers. Ensure the store's appearance is immaculate, both inside and out. Assist in organizing in-store events. Provide exceptional customer service, helping customers find products and answering their questions. Support the store team in achieving sales targets. Assist with managing store inventory and other administrative tasks as needed. Profile Experience in retail is preferred but not required. Passion and enthusiasm for the Suspicious Antwerp brand. Based in the Netherlands. Enthusiastic, flexible, and presentable personality. Willingness to work on weekends. Skills Customer and service-oriented mindset. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English. Basic computer skills and familiarity with online tools. Team player with the ability to support and motivate colleagues.
