This role requires 3 Stock Condition Surveyors, all to cover the Stroud area You will be joining a well- established organisation known for its commitment to high-quality care and compliance. This role is perfect for a self-motivated Stock Condition Surveyor looking to make an immediate impact in a supportive, fast paced environment. I’d Love to see CVs from anyone who has worked as a Stock Condition Surveyor within social housing. As a Stock Condition Surveyor you will be: • Conduct stock condition surveys on tenanted and non-tenanted properties • Schedule and coordinate day-to-day repair work. • Identify the root cause of maintenance issues and oversee trades on site while they carry out repairs.
