About the Company Steakhouse Financial is the leading curator on DeFi Money Markets (Morpho, Kamino), building earn products for the future of the stablecoin economy. We operate at the intersection of real world assets, protocol design, and data-driven DeFi portfolio management. About the Role As the Lead Kamino Market Infrastructure Software Engineer , you'll be a force behind the software infrastructure powering efficient DeFi markets. You'll not only develop and maintain critical systems, but also play a key role in shaping the future of Solana financial markets through your code. Our current infrastructure already monitors and operates our Kamino and Morpho vaults across chains(#1 DeFi curator with >$1.5B TVL). We are looking for top talent to build the most robust, secure, and scalable infrastructure for vault curation as we expand with best in class partners on Solana. What You’ll Do Design, build, and own the Python market infrastructure stack for Kamino. Develop a reallocation engine that consumes real-time on-chain and off-chain data to drive automated capital allocations that make Kamino vaults efficient. Build reliable automated transaction and instruction pipelines for efficient interaction with Solana programs. Identify data points to enhance risk monitoring and implement real-time mitigation logic within the infrastructure. Create reporting tooling to support both operators and user-facing interfaces. Implement rigorous testing, monitoring, and security practices to ensure reliability, performance, and resilience against vulnerabilities and exploits. Technical Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on Python experience — including architecture, type system, testing, and production lifecycle management. 2+ years of experience developing and interacting with Solana programs . Proven experience building production-grade applications and infrastructure in Python and/or TypeScript on top of Solana programs. Deep understanding of the Solana transaction and instruction lifecycle , with ability to design systems optimized for performance and reliability. Ability to write Rust programs is a plus. Active engagement with the Solana DeFi ecosystem , protocols, infrastructure improvements, and evolving usage. Professional Skills & Mindset Entrepreneurial spirit: self-starter, driven, and loves building. Familiarity with economic modeling , financial mathematics, or quantitative analysis in DeFi. Detail-oriented, very rigorous, and proactive. Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills with ability to translate complex financial requirements into scalable technical solutions.
