Riverside Golf Club, a premier destination for golf enthusiasts, is seeking a Staff Golf Operations - Starter to enhance our team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for managing the starting procedures on the golf course, ensuring that all players are greeted warmly and have a smooth check-in process. Your primary goal will be to maintain the pace of play while providing exceptional service to our members and guests. Responsibilities Manage the starting area and coordinate the tee times for players. Welcome and provide assistance to golfers, ensuring they feel valued and informed. Monitor the players' flow, tee time, and pace of play to ensure a timely experience for all groups. Provide information about the course, including rules and regulations. Making reports through the system. Communicate with other golf operations staff to maintain an organized and efficient golfing experience. Requirements Female, age max. 25 years old Min. High school or equivalent Familiar with operating a computer Proficient in English; additional languages is a plus Fresh Graduate or having relevant experience in golf operations or a customer service role is a plus Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality Ability to handle dynamic situations calmly and professionally Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Benefits Positive Working Great Environment Supportive Team Work
