Kayser Automotive Systems GmbH Entry Opportunities Starsza Specjalistka/Starszy Specjalista ds. księgowości Country: PL City: Batorowo Department: Finance & Controlling Contract Type: Temporary Introduction Your tasks Twój zakres obowiązków • Prowadzenie pełnej księgowości zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami prawa podatkowego oraz ustawy o rachunkowości, • Udział w sporządzaniu sprawozdania finansowego zgodnie z obowiązującymi standardami rachunkowości, • Koordynacja oraz wsparcie procesów zamknięcia miesiąca, kwartału i roku, • Wspomaganie pracy Głównego Księgowego, • Bieżąca analiza i weryfikacja dokumentów oraz zapisów na kontach księgowych, • Uzgadnianie i analiza sald kont, • Współpraca z zespołem księgowym, • Kontrola dokumentów księgowych pod względem formalnym i prawnym, • Komunikacja z klientami i instytucjami zewnętrznymi, • Przygotowywanie raportów. Your Profile Nasze wymagania • Wykształcenie w dziedzinie rachunkowości, • Doświadczenie w księgowości, minimum 5 lat, • Znajomość prawa podatkowego (VAT, CIT, PIT) i ustawy o rachunkowości, • Znajomość pakietu MS Office, szczególnie Excel, • Precyzja, samodzielność i skrupulatność w pracy, • Umiejętność pracy w zespole i dobre umiejętności komunikacyjne, • Umiejętność analitycznego myślenia, • Zaangażowanie i odpowiedzialność, • Mile widziana znajomość programu SAP.
