Job Title: Backend/AI Engineer Location: San Francisco, CA • On-site, Remote Company Overview Aircall is a unicorn, AI-powered customer communications platform used by 22,000+ companies worldwide. Role Description As a backend/AI engineer at Aircall, you will develop scalable AI applications for our 20,000+ customers. You will be part of the AI Products Platform team, working on areas like agent context, agent infrastructure, MCP, and agent memory. You will collaborate closely with backend, frontend, and infrastructure engineers, as well as product and leadership teams, and participate in requirements analysis and system design.
