Description
Help make the world more hospitable
The hospitality industry is uniquely human, and it deserves technology that’s just as inspiring as the people behind it. At Mews, we’re transforming the industry with a platform that helps hotels run smarter, move faster and create better guest experiences.
You’ll work with smart, curious people who care deeply about what they do. You’ll have autonomy and the trust to make good decisions and move quickly. And you’ll enjoy a real sense of purpose as you see the impact of what we’re building.
If you’re motivated by ownership, curiosity and meaningful impact, and are driven to deliver consistent high performance, you’ll feel at home here.
About the role
Let's get into the specifics. It’s impossible to capture every nuance of a role – especially at a rapidly growing company like Mews – but if we had to distil it into a job description (which we do because this is a job description), it would be this: Hotels live and die by distribution. Getting the right room in front of the right guest, on the right platform, at the right moment. That problem is more complex than it looks, and it sits at the core of what our Distribution tribe works on every day.
We are looking for a Staff PM to own a critical part of that domain end-to-end. This is a role where you will set strategy, build the business case for where Mews invests, and raise the product craft of the PMs around you, not just ship features. You will work directly with a technically deep Director and a team that moves fast on problems that genuinely matter to thousands of hotels worldwide.
Your mission, should you choose to accept it:
Own the product direction for a critical part of how Mews connects hotels to the global distribution ecosystem
Lead the strategy and roadmap for one of Mews' most ambitious 2026 product initiatives – including the investment case and the executive decisions that follow
Drive portfolio-level prioritisation and construct ROI and risk models that influence where Mews invests, not just what the team ships
Become the recognised external voice for Mews in the hotel distribution industry – represent Mews at conferences, in the OTA and channel-manager community, and feed that market insight back into strategy
Coach and raise the bar for the PMs around you – set discovery and product standards across the tribe
Own the most complex discovery work – define how the team turns data and experimentation into decisions
Make the hard calls on complex integration trade-offs, in close partnership with senior engineers and external partners
You'll be a great fit if you bring a few of the below with you:
8+ years in product with Staff or Principal PM experience – you have owned a full product domain and know what that weight feels like
Experience building investment cases and financial models that shaped real business decisions at executive level
A track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder discovery and defining how evidence drives decisions
Experience mentoring or coaching senior PMs and raising the product bar around you
Experience shipping complex integrations with third-party partners at scale, where things breaking has real consequences
Technical confidence – you can work as a peer with senior engineers, not just as a translator
Familiarity with hotel distribution, OTAs or connectivity technology is a plus – a senior PM who moves fast can ramp on the domain
Fluency with AI tools as part of your product practice
