Staff Nurse – Nursing Home (Limerick Area), Ireland Kate Cowhig International Healthcare Recruitment is currently recruiting Staff Nurses for an 80-bed residential and transitional care unit located in a highly attractive area with easy access to Limerick City. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive care environment and deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents. Requirements: Candidates must meet the following criteria: • Eligibility to live and work in Ireland (European or UK passport required) • NMBI registration ( PIN number ) • Nursing Qualification • Previous experience in elderly care is desirable • Excellent English communication and strong interpersonal skills Key Responsibilities As a Staff Nurse, candidates will be required to work as part of a dedicated multidisciplinary team under the direction of the Nursing team. Duties will include: • Supervise, control staff and delegate duties as necessary. • Ensure that all residents are treated with dignity, privacy and respect and ensuring they are treated as individuals • Establish a personal and meaningful relationship with all residents, relatives, and visitors, ensuring appropriate support and comfort is given at all times, especially to the bereaved. • Ensure all Nursing Healthcare policies are known and adhered to by all staff.
