Position Summary
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Senior Vice President of Market Access will serve as the enterprise-wide architect of Harrow’s market access strategy, positioning the company for successful product launches and long-term commercial leadership in ophthalmology. This executive will build and lead a high-performing market access organization — spanning payer strategy, pricing and contracting, trade and distribution, reimbursement, and patient access — while serving as a key voice in shaping Harrow’s corporate strategy and pipeline investment decisions.
The SVP of Market Access will bring a rare combination of strategic vision and operational depth, with the credibility to influence senior executives, the Board of Directors, and external stakeholders at the highest levels. As Harrow prepares for a pivotal period of product launches, this leader will be instrumental in establishing the infrastructure, talent, and strategic frameworks that drive durable commercial success.

Enterprise Strategy & Leadership
Define and lead the enterprise market access strategy across Harrow’s current portfolio and pipeline, with specific expertise in the unique payer dynamics of ophthalmology reimbursement.
Serve as a senior commercial voice in cross-functional leadership discussions, contributing market access perspective to pipeline investment decisions, business development initiatives, and corporate strategy.
Leverage deep knowledge of the evolving healthcare landscape — including Medicare payment reform, drug pricing policy, and payer consolidation trends — to anticipate challenges and position Harrow ahead of market shifts.
