Our ideal candidate exhibits a can-do attitude and approaches his or her work with determination. You will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly and to strive for perfection within a fast -paced environment .     What you’ll do Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following: Responsible for leading t he triage of vehicle Electrical hardware/software defect reports (bugs) from multiple sources (including internal and exterior customer-facing) and for driving them to the appropriate teams for solution/closure   Help develop and execute the defect management process , including leading/lagging measurable metrics   Ensure that the information provided in defects is complete, up-to-date, and follows the defect management process   Collect the requirements on defect management tools and facilitate their development and extension by the internal and external service providers   Actively monitor incoming defects and rate the severity of the defects Identify and provide metrics/statistics to measure the arrivals and resolution of defects   Lead first-level triage with Engineers from ESPs/Suppliers and Scout Motors to help identify clear software issue modu
