We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile professional to join our team as a Scrum Master . In this role, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between our business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the software development lifecycle. You will also be responsible for guiding and implementing Scrum practices to enable the team's productivity and deliver high-quality products on time.

What you’ll do:
Performs scrum master activities across multiple Areas of Responsibility (AORs) to support enterprise objectives.
Facilitates Program Increment (PI) planning, execution, and post-PI evaluation activities including assessing PI commitments to, identifying systemic issues affecting delivery, and creating recommendations for actionable improvements for the next PI.
Coordinates cross-team delivery activities across multiple Areas of Responsibility (AORs), dependency management, and risk escalation processes, providing visibility into impediments, resource constraints, and execution readiness across the Agile Release Train (ART).
Leads PI readiness and intake analysis by working with Product Management, Technical Leads, IT PMs, and stakeholders to assess candidate initiatives, identify dependencies and security considerations, and prepare work for prioritization and inclusion in future Program Increments..
What you’ll need to succeed:
At least four years of experience as a Scrum Master for software development/engineering projects.
Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, particularly Scrum.
Solid knowledge of business analysis techniques and tools.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., GitLab, Jira, Confluence).
Scrum Master certification (CSM).
Active TS//SCI clearance with CI poly.
SALARY RANGE: $160,000 - $170,000
The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including:
The candidate's professional background and relevant work experience
The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs
Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation
This role is also eligible for additional compensation, subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar, which may include:
