SAP Basis / Senior Technical Administration Consultant (m/f/d) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis / Technical Administration Consultant (m/f/d) to manage, maintain, and optimize our SAP system landscape. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring high availability, performance, and stability of complex SAP environments while supporting ongoing system enhancements and lifecycle management activities. Key Responsibilities: • Ensure SAP system availability and continuously optimize systems to guarantee maximum performance • Install, configure, maintain, upgrade, and monitor SAP systems and related infrastructure • Manage transports and system modifications across SAP environments • Ensure the smooth operation of the SAP system landscape, including: SAP ERP SAP EWM SAP GTS SAP BW / BW4HANA SAP S/4HANA SAP Fiori SAP Solution Manager / Cloud ALM SAP HCM • Monitor, evaluate, and report system performance and capacity to ensure business requirements are met • Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution • Plan, implement, and oversee patches, upgrades, and overall lifecycle management activities • Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure operational excellence Qualifications & Experience • Minimum of 12 years of professional experience in SAP Technical Administration, preferably with a strong SAP Basis background • Extensive hands-on experience with: SAP S/4HANA SAP ECC SAP HR SAP NetWeaver SAP BW / BW4HANA SAP BTP SAP Cloud Connector SAP Fiori / Gateway (Embedded and Distributed) SAP Cloud ALM SAP Solution Manager SAP Web Dispatcher SAP Business Objects Platform (Business Intelligence and Data Services) • Strong understanding of data center infrastructure and architecture • Hands-on experience with Unix, Linux, and Windows operating systems • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud and/or RISE with SAP is considered a strong advantage • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Education & Certifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience • SAP certifications are a plus • Hyperscaler certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP) are considered an advantage Language Skills • Fluent German and English communication skills (written and spoken) are required What we offer: • Flat hierarchies, short decision-making paths and a high degree of personal responsibility with a wide scope for decision-making • Structured onboarding as part of the NEO program and qualified induction training • Flexible working hours (38,5 hrs/ week), mobile working (1 office day / week) and working abroad (10 days/ year) • 30 days' vacation plus special leave days for private matters • Comprehensive group accident insurance - including outside of working hours • Supplementary health insurance with Allianz for paid preventive check-ups, dental supplement, etc. • Subsidized company pension scheme • Additional payment VWL • Membership of Wellpass (fitness and health) • Job bike (leasing) • Subsidized childcare facility and canteen LI-AVNET Die obigen Aussagen sollen die allgemeine Art und das Level der geleisteten Arbeit beschreiben.
