Coordinating briefings, understanding business needs, and partnering with internal teams. Following each search closely: pipeline, timing, and candidate experience. Using tools like ATS to keep everything clear and organized. Identifying opportunities for improvement—and feeling comfortable sharing them. What do we value? 5+ years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes. Strong contextual awareness and adaptability to different profiles and dynamics. Ability to stay organized, communicate clearly, and collaborate across teams. A working style that blends professionalism with a human touch. What can you expect?
