What does a Senior Product Information Specialist do at WPP Production?
We are seeking a Senior Product Information Specialist to drive critical automotive product compliance, technology communications, and digital content reviews across multiple agencies and client teams.
This unique hybrid role combines strong project management expertise with a passion for vehicle technology, software-enabled features, and digital customer experiences. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, understands creative and production workflows, and is eager to build expertise in connected vehicle technologies such as infotainment systems, driver assist features, mobile applications, and digital retail experiences.
This individual will serve as product liaison across internal teams, agency partners, engineering stakeholders, legal/compliance teams, and clients. Success in this role requires exceptional organization, relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with curiosity, knowledge and enthusiasm for emerging automotive technologies.

Major Responsibilities
Vehicle Technology & Product Support
Manage the in-vehicle screen request workflow and reviews to ensure technology representations, feature availability, and digital experiences are accurate and compliant.
Develop working knowledge of vehicle technologies, digital ecosystems, and connected experiences including in-vehicle software, driver assist technologies, in-vehicle displays, vehicle apps, and related software features.
Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and agency partners to ensure accurate representation of assigned technology features and functionality across communications and marketing assets.
Review creative materials, digital experiences, claims, product messaging, imagery, and disclaimers to ensure compliance, accuracy, and alignment with product functionality.
Support the organization, ingestion, tracking, and maintenance of technology-related assets, metadata, and documentation for cross-functional team use.
Assist in gathering, organizing, and communicating product information, technology updates, and feature changes to internal and external teams.
