The Sr Growth Technician is a production-focused technical role responsible for the execution and sustained performance of Czochralski (CZ) crystal growth in our Port Richey Florida location. This position operates within the crystal growth team that includes technicians, engineers and scientists. All team members work to ensure safe, repeatable, and compliant manufacturing within established process limits. The role requires familiarity with and confidence using precision tools, balances and computerized equipment along with manual construction of the crystal growth furnaces, mixing & preparation of raw materials and daily maintenance and upkeep of the production space. Adherence to standardized manufacturing processes and reliable output of product are the key performance goals. This position will evolve into a 12 hour Day Shift with alternating Wednesdays off.
