ABOUT OPUS TRAINING Opus is the leading AI-powered training operations platform for multi-unit restaurants and the broader service industry. ROLE OVERVIEW As the Sr. Product Marketing Manager at Opus Training, you will be our lead product marketer, joining during a high growth trajectory where we've established a strong reputation in restaurants and are already growing in consumer services and enterprise-level national brands. Marketing plays a critical growth role in building inbound pipeline, and you're a critical pillar in brand awareness and solutions consideration, in addition to sales enablement. We're looking for a strategic thinker and quarterback who can drive launches and GTM motions with all the resources (teammates, agencies, tools) to ship fast at a high bar of excellence. We're looking for someone who gets excited and has experience working across various mediums to bring the point to life and educate. It's a marketer's dream—real impact, proven results, and enthusiastic advocates. WHERE THIS ROLE GOES Today this role is GTM-focused: positioning, launches, and sales enablement to drive pipeline. Over the next year, it’ll grow to oversee the full customer lifecycle. You'll be the lead product marketer from day one, and we expect to grow the team as the scope grows. If you want to inherit a mature PMM machine, this isn't it. If you want to build one, it is. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Working in close partnership with our marketing and GTM teams, you'll drive revenue outcomes through complementary expertise. Drive Revenue Growth Through Strategic Market Expansion - Execute go-to-market strategies for new products and business expansion, contributing to improved pipeline generation, win rates, and deal velocity - Accelerate sales outcomes through sales enablement, segmented sales collateral, internal sales tools that helps sales teams win deals faster and at higher values - Own our positioning and messaging framework across segments and buyer personas, and keep it sharp as we expand - Own the product launch process, from launch tiering and cross-functional coordination to post-launch measurement - Run an ongoing win/loss and competitive intelligence program that feeds sales, product, and positioning - Partner with Product to bring market and customer insight into roadmap, pricing, and packaging decisions Unlock Customer Success as a Growth Engine - Transform customer advocacy into measurable pipeline through case study development and customer storytelling - Partner with Customer Success on onboarding and adoption messaging over time Establish Market Leadership Through Thought Leadership - Position Opus as the category-defining platform in the hospitality and service industry - Partner with content to create thought leadership content using industry and proprietary data to establish Opus as the trusted authority on frontline training REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE - 7+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS with a B2C segment - Deep understanding of B2B sales processes and what sales teams need to succeed - Excellent storytelling abilities with intuitive, structured thinking—can quickly grasp complex concepts and translate features into accessible, compelling benefits - Deeply curious, with experience in customer and market research, win/loss analysis, and competitive analysis - Strong project management capabilities with experience managing cross-functional initiatives - Demonstrated ability to build relationships and manage diverse stakeholders effectively -
