The Marketing Coordinator is a member of a dynamic and highly collaborative team focused on commercial pursuits and creative engagement. The Marketing Coordinator’s focus of responsibility is the management and coordination of project pursuits (RFQs, RFPs, introductory documents, etc) from opportunity analysis through delivery.
Role & Responsibilities:
Pursuit and proposal management; lead and manage all pursuit production and coordination efforts (SOQs, RFQs, RFPs, etc.)
Source and integrate technical content provided by various authors into cohesive, compelling and well-written narratives aligned with our win themes
Prepare interview materials (PowerPoints, boards, placemats, etc.)
Develop and maintain marketing information systems and records, including staff, resumes, project profiles and photography, project and corporate references, technical data, proposal graphics, conference calendars, and other standard materials
Create Business Unit newsletters
Support Senior Leadership on monthly staff meeting presentations
Coordinate and produce marketing and sales collateral and manage local swag inventory and ordering
Coordinate and assist with jobsite and office events as needed
Coordinate and schedule jobsite photography and employee headshots
Work closely with business development leaders, operational leaders and others focused on winning new work and supporting company goals
Work with the Corporate Marketing and Communications Team to elevate storytelling (internal communications, social media posts, etc.)
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field from an accredited four-year college or university preferred
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe InDesign, Adobe CS6 (especially Photoshop) as well as experience with a CRM software solution is preferred
Knowledge of the architecture, engineering, and construction industry is preferred
2-4 years of proposal marketing experience required
Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills, and maintain a positive, enthusiastic, and energetic attitude
Adept at re-prioritizing daily tasks in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
Results-driven and ability to work independently
Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with a broad group of stakeholders, fostering trust and partnership
