Description
Nymbus (https://nymbus.com/) isn’t just a leader in fintech; we’re a community of innovators passionate about reimagining banking. Our award-winning modern core platform and cloud-based technology serve as the backbone for financial institutions eager to modernize and excel.   We operate with an AI-first mindset across our business, continuously improving how we work and the value we deliver to our clients. Our culture is grounded in collaboration, accountability, and a strong commitment to execution.     WORK ENVIRONMENT: Nymbus is a remote-first company. You will need to be able to travel a few times a year. You may be required at times to visit client sites or attend meetings at designated locations with team members. Working hours primarily align with the Eastern Time Zone; candidates located in the Eastern or Central time zones are preferred.    POSITION SUMMARY: The Sr. Manager, Growth Marketing owns one primary outcome: net new member and customer growth for Nymbus Labs launch brands. This is the senior strategic lead responsible for bringing new financial brands to market across the full acquisition funnel, from building brand awareness where none exists, through driving consideration and intent, to converting prospects into members and customers at scale. This role owns the pre-launch and launch customer journey; at the moment a prospect converts, the baton passes to the Lifecycle team. This is a player-coach role. You architect a go-to-market strategy and build demand from scratch, standing up brand awareness, creating consideration, and driving conversion in markets where the brand has no existing equity and finding new growth for existing brands on their journey to grow deeper awareness and resonance in the markets they're serving. You own the full acquisition strategy for paid, owned and earned, including but not limited to: upper-funnel brand campaigns through lower-funnel direct response, execute with hands-on precision, and apply performance marketing rigor at every stage: CAC/ROAS/LTV analysis, structured optimization, and measurement infrastructure that connects the full funnel to business outcomes. You are equally fluent in B2C and B2B, operate with high autonomy, advise clients at the executive level, and use AI as a core part of how you work.    OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE Drive net new member and customer growth for Nymbus Labs launch brands —this is the primary mandate. Own full-funnel acquisition strategy: brand awareness, consideration, and conversion, from pre-launch through sustaining growth programs.  Serve as the strategic authority on GTM and acquisition investment across the funnel, advising clients at the executive level on channel sequencing, budget allocation, and performance. Translate client business goals into measurable acquisition strategies with defined targets at every funnel stage, from share of voice to net new growth.  Develop proactive recommendations that anticipate client needs and identify growth opportunities before they're asked.  Navigate B2C and B2B acquisition contexts with equal fluency, adapting full-funnel strategy to each brand's audience and commercial model.   ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES: Brand Awareness, Demand Generation & Pre-Launch Strategy   Build full-funnel demand strategies from zero — standing up brand awareness and share of voice, creating consideration, and generating conversion-ready intent in markets where the brand has no existing recognition or equity. Develop brand awareness programs that establish credibility and prime audiences for direct response, with a clear point of view on when to invest in upper-funnel brand-building vs. when to shift into performance mode. Develop pre-launch positioning, messaging frameworks, and audience segmentation strategies that differentiate the brand competitively across e
