Description
Summary
Responsible for leading Asset Protection, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), and Facilities across the U.S. retail and corporate portfolio to protect company assets and maintain safe, compliant workplaces. The role manages internal teams and external vendors, executes loss prevention strategies, coordinates claims and insurance compliance, and ensures security and operational controls. It partners with Store Development on new stores, remodels, and relocations while supporting business continuity and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute asset protection and loss prevention strategies across the U.S. portfolio.
• Lead the EHS program to ensure OSHA and regulatory compliance and promote a culture of safety.
• Oversee facilities management, maintenance, and life-safety systems for retail, office, and distribution locations.
• Manage relationships with external service providers, third-party vendors, and insurance partners; coordinate loss reporting and claims.
• Provide subject-matter expertise for new store construction, remodels, relocations, and security design standards.
• Supervise and develop the Facilities Manager and provide leadership to cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
• BA degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years leading an Asset Protection function and 5-10 years total related experience (security, EHS, facilities).
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements, POS exception reporting, inventory control, and security systems (CCTV/alarms); SAP experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with ability to travel and work flexible schedules.
