We are looking for a Sr. IT CCTV Operators Specialist to manage, monitor, and maintain CCTV systems across all locations, ensuring security, system uptime, and operational continuity. Key Responsibilities: Monitor live CCTV feeds and ensure system uptime across all locations. Perform daily system health checks (cameras, storage, recording). Identify and report system issues, outages, or suspicious activities. Retrieve CCTV footage for incidents and investigations. Handle CCTV support tickets and resolve issues within SLA. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues (CCTV systems). Perform upgrades (firmware/software) and escalate critical issues. Conduct preventive maintenance and physical inspections. Replace faulty equipment and support field operations. Maintain system documentation, access control, and compliance records. Coordinate with vendors for repairs, replacements, and support. Requirements 3+ years of experience in CCTV / Security Systems. Knowledge of CCTV systems (e.g., Hikvision, Dahua). Basic networking knowledge (IP, VLAN). Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good communication and coordination skills. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
