Be part of a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to transform the automotive industry.         We are currently seeking a test technician to support the testing infrastructure needs of the battery cell team. You will work closely with engineers and senior technicians  in an R&D  environment . Our ideal candidate exhibits a can-do attitude and enjoys supporting their team through any challenge. Because we are expanding so rapidly, you will find new challenges and growth opportunities that you can’t find at most companies.         The Role:     Work with engineers and technicians to build and assemble  custom  Lucid  test fixtures and wire harnesses     Install, set up,  follow PM schedule,  and calibrate test equipment     Troubleshoot and resolve issues with testing equipment     Organize and maintain the battery lab space, equipment, and inventory     Help manage parts inventory and organization     Proactively identify areas of improvement through equipment procurement and automation         Qualifications:     A basic understanding of lithium-ion battery safety and electrical hazards      Experience setting up and maintaining lab equipment (environmental chambers, power supplies, plumbing, pneumatics)     Solid understanding of basic mechanical skills, machine shop tools, and safety     Basic electrical knowledge/skill including fine pitch soldering  and  crimping     Excellent communication skills and team-oriented attitude     Detail-oriented and comfort with online collaboration and documentation     Clean and organized working style     Ability to deliver consistently high-quality results when working on repetitive tasks     Experience with MS Office         Optional:     CATIA/ Solidworks  experience     Previous battery cell testing experience     Facilities experience     Experience w
