What You’ll Do: • Analyze financial transactions, cash disbursements, vendor payments, and cross-border activity to identify trends, discrepancies, and potential financial risk exposure • Monitor and manage company cash flow activity, including analysis of outgoing payments, treasury-related activity, and account balances • Support management of domestic and international banking relationships, including account setup, documentation, and financial controls • Conduct risk assessments related to financial operations, payment activity, expense programs, and international transactions • Review and analyze high-value and high-risk payments to ensure appropriate approvals, supporting documentation, and compliance with company policies and internal controls • Support the implementation and rollout of financial systems, operational processes, and global initiatives across international operations • Assist with international financial infrastructure projects, including banking setup, payment processes, and system alignment for new countries and entities • Perform Know Your Customer (KYC) reviews and support vendor due diligence efforts to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements • Monitor transaction activity and identify unusual payment patterns, potential fraud risks, or operational control gaps • Collaborate with Finance, Compliance, Operations, and external partners (banks, auditors, vendors) to resolve issues and strengthen financial controls • Analyze financial and operational processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to support scalability and risk mitigation • Support corporate card (American Express) program management and international rollout initiatives across multiple regions • Prepare reports, financial summaries, and operational analyses to support management decision-making and risk monitoring • Maintain documentation supporting audits, compliance reviews, internal controls, and financial reporting requirements • Support ongoing financial, operational, compliance, and risk-related initiatives as needed What You Bring: • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as International Studies, Finance, Global Studies, Strategic Studies, Economics, or a related discipline (Master’s degree is a plus) • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus • 2+ years of relevant experience in financial operations, financial analysis, or risk-related functions, preferably in a global or multi-entity environment • Experience with ERP systems and financial platforms (JDE preferred) • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Experience identifying, investigating, and resolving operational or financial issues and recommending process improvements • Experience working with vendors, banking partners, financial data, and cross-functional teams, including international stakeholders • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with reporting and financial analysis tools is a plus Why VB Spine? Compensation: Pay for this role is competitive and based on experience, qualifications, and performance. The typical pay range for this position is $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 annually, with potential for bonuses and incentives plus benefits. Final compensation is determined on a case-by-case basis and considers a variety of factors including experience level, skillset, and market conditions.
